Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 3/4 item
- chopped celery - 1 c
- can sliced water chestnuts - 1 item
- chopped green pepper - 1 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- small jar pimento - 1 item
- boxes peas - 2 oz
How to make oriental peas:
Put the first 3 ingredients in skillet and saute. Add the peas. Cook for 5 minutes in 1 cup of boiling water and drain. Add pimento, soup, water chestnuts and 1/4 cup liquid from chestnuts. Mix up. Put in covered dish. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Side dish, Vegetables.
