  • ginger

  • medium onions, sliced - 2 item
  • poultry seasoning - 1 tsp
  • thick cut pork chops - 6 item

How to make orange pork chops:

Orange Sauce:3/4 c. (6 oz. can) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed2/3 c. water1 Tbsp. lemon juice2 Tbsp. brown sugar1 1/2 tsp. ginger1 tsp. poultry seasoning1 tsp. marjoram Brown pork chops on both sides in a nonstick skillet. Arrange the browned chops in a 2-quart covered casserole dish. Place onion slices on top of the chops.

Combine sauce ingredients and pour over chops. Cover. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until meat is tender and thoroughly cooked.
