  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • grated cheese - 1 item
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • salt to taste - 1 item
  • plain Doritos - 1 item
  • small, diced onion - 1 item

How to make dorito casserole:

Cook hamburger, salt and onion. Layer baking dish with Doritos. Put meat mixture on top of Doritos. Mix soups and Ro-Tel and pour mixture over meat. Bake at 350° until it bubbles. Remove from oven and top with grated cheese. Return to oven until cheese melts. Sprinkle with crumbled Doritos.
