- onions, sliced - 7 item
- or 8 beef bouillon cubes - 7 item
- water - 7 c
How to make onion soup:
Saute onions in butter until clear in color. Mix 1 to 2 tablespoons flour to coat onions well. Put water and bouillon cubes in pot and heat until cubes are dissolved. May want to add garlic powder and parsley. Add onions and cook for 30 minutes.Put toast in bowl. Add soup and grate Swiss cheese on top and then melt under broiler.
