- milk - 1/2 c
- small onion, thinly sliced - 1 item
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- can Cheddar cheese soup - 1 item
- thin sliced potatoes - 4 c
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Blend soup, milk and pepper. In buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, arrange alternately with potatoes, onion and sauce. Dot top with 1 tablespoon butter; sprinkle with paprika. Cover and bake at 375° for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more or until potatoes are done.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
