Onion soup



Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- beef broth
- large onions, thinly sliced - 4 item
- slices French bread, toasted - 2 item
How to make onion soup:
Saut?© onions in margarine until lightly browned. Add broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Simmer 20 minutes. Sprinkle toast with Parmesan cheese, place under broiler a few seconds until cheese is browned. Cut each slice into 3 pieces.
