Onion roasted potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- envelope Lipton onion soup - 1 item
- potatoes, cut into large chunks - 2 lb
- olive or vegetable oil - 1/3 c
How to make onion roasted potatoes:
Preheat oven to 450°. In a large plastic bag or bowl add all ingredients. Close bag and shake or toss in bowl until potatoes are evenly coated. Pour potatoes and mixture onto shallow baking dish or pan. Discard bag. Bake, turning potatoes occasionally, 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
