- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
- Velveeta cheese slices - 12 oz
- sleeve Ritz crackers - 1 item
- frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower - 2 lb
How to make vegetable dish:
Cook or steam and drain vegetables. Lay in unbuttered 9 x 13-inch dish. Lay slices of cheese on top, then sprinkle crushed crackers over vegetables and cheese. Melt butter and pour over top. Bake at 350° for about 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Low protein, Side dish, Vegetables.
