Onion roasted potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- olive or vegetable oil - 1/3 c
- envelope dry onion soup mix - 1 item
- potatoes, cut into large chunks - 2 lb
How to make onion roasted potatoes:
Preheat oven to 450°. Place all items in a large plastic bag. Shake until evenly coated. Bake in a shallow roasting pan for 40 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown. Stir occasionally. Garnish, if desired, with chopped parsley. Makes about 8 servings.Variation: Substitute 1 envelope Good Seasons Italian, Zesty Italian or garlic and herb salad dressing for the dry onion soup. Sliced onion and green pepper can also be added.
