Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- cooking oil - 2 Tbsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- soft bread crumbs - 1 c
- minced parsley - 1/2 c
- to 8 medium onions, thinly sliced - 6 item
How to make onion pie:
In a large skillet, saute onions in oil until soft, but not browned; drain well. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs. Add bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley and onions; mix well. Place in a greased 10-inch pie pan. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.Recipe categories: Main dish, Savory pies, Onions.
