Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- can pork and beans - 1 oz
- can butter beans, drained - 1 1/2
- can red kidney beans, drained - 1 1/2
- ketchup - 1/2 c
- light molasses - 2 Tbsp
- packed light brown sugar - 2 3
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- instant minced onion - 1/2 tsp
- canned, crumbled bacon - 1 2
How to make baked bean medley:
Microwave butter in 1 1/2-quart glass casserole at High (100%), 30 seconds or until melted. Stir in green pepper. Cook, covered at High, 2 minutes or until pepper is tender. Stir in remaining ingredients, except bacon. Cook, covered, at High for 4 minutes or until boiling. Cook, uncovered, at Medium (50%) for 8 minutes, stirring after 4 minutes.
