Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- margarine - 1/3 c
- honey - 1/3 c
- curry powder - 1 tsp
- prepared mustard - 2 Tbsp
- frying chicken, cut up - 3 lb
How to make honey baked chicken:
Preheat oven to 350°. Arrange the fryer in a shallow baking dish with skin side up. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake for 1 1/4 hours, basting every 15 minutes until chicken is tender and nicely browned.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
