  • can mushrooms, drained - 1 oz
  • chopped ham, sausage or Canadian bacon - 1 c
  • cheese, melted in sauce - 4 oz

How to make scrambled egg casserole:

Topping:1/4 c. melted butter2 1/4 c. soft bread crumbs1/8 tsp. paprika White Sauce:2 or 3 Tbsp. flour1 or 3 Tbsp. butter1 c. milk1/4 tsp. salt dash of pepper4 oz. cheese, melted in sauce Saute ham and green onions in 3 tablespoons of butter
