- eggs - 3 item
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- white pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Vidalia onions - 2 lb
- deep dish pastry shell - 1 item
How to make onion pie:
Saute onions in butter. Combine eggs and sour cream. Add seasonings and pour into pastry shell. Bake at 450° for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 325° and cook 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Savory pies, Onions.
