Ingredients/Components
- medium Vidalia onions, sliced - 6 item
- sour cream - 1 pt
- can water chestnuts, drained - 1 item
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 2 c
- Ritz crackers, crushed - 2 c
How to make onion casserole:
In greased casserole dish, arrange onion. Mix together other ingredients except cracker crumbs and pour over onions. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes. Top with cracker crumbs.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Side dish, Casseroles.
