Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1/2 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- dash of paprika - 1 item
- dash of cayenne pepper - 1 item
- sharp Cheddar cheese 1/4 lb - 1 c
- green olives, well drained on paper towels - 25 item
How to make olive balls:
Mix cream cheese and butter in food processor. Blend in flour, cayenne pepper and paprika. Wrap 1 teaspoon dough around each olive, covering completely. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400° for 13 to 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Cheese.
