Spinach cheese balls
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- medium onion, finely chopped - 1 item
- boxes frozen chopped spinach - 2 item
- finely ground herb stuffing - 3 c
How to make spinach cheese balls:
Cook spinach; drain until very dry. Combine with remaining ingredients. Roll balls in palm of hand to the size of an egg yolk. Place in pan and freeze. When ready to use, set out and thaw for 5 minutes before placing them on a lightly greased tin. Bake at 325° for 25 minutes.A cheese sauce can be served with the spinach balls or you can serve them plain.
