Shrimp victoria
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- can mushrooms - 6 oz
- dash of cayenne pepper - 1 item
- rice, cooked
- raw shrimp, peeled and cleaned - 1 lb
How to make shrimp victoria:
Saute shrimp and onions in butter for 10 minutes or until tender. Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes more. Sprinkle in flour, salt and pepper. Mix well. Stir in sour cream and cook gently for 10 minutes, not allowing mixture to boil. Serve over rice.Recipe categories: Main dish, Shellfish, Shrimp.
