Ingredients/Components

• salt - 1 tsp
• flour
• water - 3 Tbsp
• oil - 1/3 c
• plus 2 Tbsp - 1 c

How to make oil pie crust:

Two Crust Pie:1 3/4 c. flour2/3 c. oil1 tsp. salt6 Tbsp. water Combine all ingredients and roll out on wax paper. Turn upside down in pie pan and peel off wax paper. Shape crust to pan and trim edges.
