Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• flour
• brown sugar - 1 c
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• shortening - 1 c
• oatmeal - 2 c
• coconut optional - 1 c
• salt or 1 1/2 c - 1/2 tsp

How to make oatmeal cookies:

Combine all ingredients and form with tablespoon on lightly sprayed cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 8 minutes.
