  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
  • white sugar - 1 c
  • oats - 1 c

How to make oatmeal cake:

Pour 1 1/3 cups boiling water over 1 cup oats; cover and let set 20 minutes. Mix brown sugar, white sugar and 1/2 cup butter, then add oats, vanilla and eggs. Mix and add flour, nutmeg and cinnamon. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
