- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour
- brown sugar - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- white sugar - 1 c
- oats - 1 c
How to make oatmeal cake:
Pour 1 1/3 cups boiling water over 1 cup oats; cover and let set 20 minutes. Mix brown sugar, white sugar and 1/2 cup butter, then add oats, vanilla and eggs. Mix and add flour, nutmeg and cinnamon. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Lunch/snacks.
