cinnamon - 1 tsp
eggs - 3 item
chopped pecans
salt - 1/2 tsp
flour
brown sugar
nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
coconut
soda
boiling water - 2 c
margarine - 6 Tbsp
cream - 6 Tbsp
white sugar
quick oatmeal
1/2 sticks margarine - 1 item
Let stand for 20 minutes

How to make oatmeal cake:

Mix oats, water and margarine. Let stand for 20 minutes. Add sugars and eggs. Stir in flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Topping:10 Tbsp. brown sugar6 Tbsp. cream6 Tbsp. margarine1 1/2 c. coconut1 1/4 c. chopped pecans Mix and stir over low heat until well mixed. Spread on hot cake and put under broiler until it browns.
