Noodle pudding
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1/2 c
- butter or margarine, softened - 1/4 c
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- sugar optional - 1 Tbsp
- cornflakes, crushed - 1/2 c
- flat noodles, cooked and drained - 8 oz
How to make noodle pudding:
Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs and cream cheese. Add cooked noodles and milk. Turn into buttered casserole dish. Mix cornflakes with sugar and cinnamon.
