How to make fresh coconut cake:
Prepare cake mix as directed on box, adding frozen coconut. Bake as directed. While cake is warm, glaze with following glaze.Glaze:2 c. confectioners sugar1 small can Pet milk1 (8 oz.) carton whipped topping1 (6 oz.) fresh frozen coconut Dilute confectioners sugar and Pet milk with 1 can of water and combine.
