Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 6 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- margarine
- cloves - 1/4 tsp
- allspice - 1/2 tsp
- cider - 1 c
How to make apple cider pound cake:
Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Sift dry ingredients together and set aside. Combine cider and vanilla. Add dry ingredients, alternately with liquid. Mix until well blended. Bake in 10-inch Bundt or angel food pan, well greased. Lightly sprinkle sides of pan with sugar.
