Noodle kugel
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 1 c
- wide noodles - 8 oz
- margarine 1 stick, melted - 1/4 lb
- cheese either all cottage cheese or 1/2 cottage and 1/2 cream cheese - 8 oz
How to make noodle kugel:
Cook noodles according to directions. Beat eggs and sugar together. Mix cheese, milk and margarine and add egg mixture. Mix all ingredients with cooked noodles. Pour into 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan (I prefer glass). Top with sugar and cinnamon or cornflake crumbs. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Desserts, Eggs/dairy, Egg.
