Noodle kugel
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- cinnamon - 1 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- raisins - 1 c
- carton cottage cheese - 1 oz
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- can crushed pineapple in juice, drained - 1 oz
How to make noodle kugel:
In large bowl, combine cooked noodles, sour cream, cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, butter and salt; mix well. Stir in drained pineapple and raisins and turn mixture into greased two to three-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350° for one hour.
