Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- cocoa - 6 Tbsp
- peanut butter - 1 c
- quick cooking oats - 3 c
How to make no bake chocolate cookies:
In saucepan, bring sugar, butter and milk to a boil and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and quickly add oats, peanut butter, cocoa and vanilla. Blend and drop by a teaspoon on wax paper. Cookies will set quickly.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, < 15 mins.
