Ingredients/Components

  • sugar
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • nuts - 1/2 c
  • raisins - 1/2 c
  • sliced apples - 3 c

How to make apple cake:

Beat together the oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients. Mix both mixtures together, then add raisins, nuts and apples. Bake in a greased 9 x 13 pan at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes.
