Ingredients/Components
- cans pineapple chunks - 1/2 fresh
- medium apple, chopped finely - 1 item
- sliced celery - 1/2 c
- halved seedless red grapes - 1/2 c
- toasted walnut pieces - 1/2 c
- kiwi fruit - 2 item
- salad dressing - 1/2 c
- lemon flavored yogurt - 1/3 c
- honey - 1 Tbsp
- lettuce leaves - 1 item
How to make new waldorf salad:
In a large bowl, toss together fruit. In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients (except lettuce) gently. Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours. Serve on lettuce leaves. Contains 210 calories if using reduced calorie mayonnaise.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Salads, Vegetables.
