  • cans pineapple chunks - 1/2 fresh
  • medium apple, chopped finely - 1 item
  • sliced celery - 1/2 c
  • halved seedless red grapes - 1/2 c
  • toasted walnut pieces - 1/2 c
  • kiwi fruit - 2 item
  • salad dressing - 1/2 c
  • lemon flavored yogurt - 1/3 c
  • honey - 1 Tbsp
  • lettuce leaves - 1 item

How to make new waldorf salad:

In a large bowl, toss together fruit. In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients (except lettuce) gently. Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours. Serve on lettuce leaves. Contains 210 calories if using reduced calorie mayonnaise.
