Never fail rolls
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- flour - 7 c
- boiling water - 1 c
- Crisco - 1 c
- yeast - 2 pkg
- lukewarm water
How to make never fail rolls:
Beat together shortening, sugar and salt. When creamy, add boiling water. Stir well. When lukewarm, add well beaten eggs and yeast dissolved in 1/2 cup lukewarm water. Add remainder of water. Stir in flour. Beat well. Cover and place in refrigerator. When ready to bake, shape into rolls. Let rise 2 to 3 hours. Bake at 450° until done.Recipe categories: Breads, Healthy, Rolls/biscuits.
