  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 4 c
  • cold water - 1/2 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • shortening

How to make never fail pie crust:

Mix flour, sugar and salt. Cut in shortening until consistency of small peas. Beat egg; mix with water and vinegar. Add at once to flour mixture; mix together with fork. Divide into 4 balls of equal size. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour while making filling. Yields 2 double crust pies.
