Ingredients/Components
- egg yolks - 8 item
- boiling water - 1/2 c
- white sugar
- egg white - 1 item
- can evaporated milk - 1 item
- can condensed milk - 1 item
- vanilla or orange rind - 1 tsp
How to make leche flan:
Caramel Syrup:1 c. white sugar1/2 c. boiling water Place sugar in medium-size pan over medium heat. Let it melt until brown. Pour in boiling water and stir until sugar is dissolved. Strain into one 8 or 9-inch pan. Let it stand while preparingRecipe categories: Desserts, Low sodium, High calcium.
