- shortening - 1 item
- American cheese - 1 item
- jalapeno peppers - 1 item
- cooked pinto beans, mashed - 1 item
- toasted corn tortillas - 1 item
How to make nachos:
Fry beans in small amount of shortening; toast or fry tortillas. Spread beans on tortillas. Place on baking pan. Add peppers and top with cheese. Bake in 425° to 450° oven for about 3 minutes. Serve hot!Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Food processor/blender.
