- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans

- salt - 1/4 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- corn syrup light or dark - 1 c
- Topping:3 eggs
- deep dish 9-inch pie crust, cooked - 1 item
How to make mystery pecan pie:
Filling:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened1/3 c. sugar1/4 tsp. salt1 tsp. vanilla1 egg1 1/4 c. chopped pecans Topping:3 eggs1/4 c. sugar1 c. corn syrup (light or dark)1 tsp. vanilla Heat oven to 375°.Filling: In a small bowl, mix all ingredients except pecans. Beat at medium speed until well blended. Spread in bottom of baked pie shell. Sprinkle pecans on top of filling.
Topping: In a small bowl, mix ingredients. Beat on medium speed. Pour over pecans. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until firm.
