Mushroom rice
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 16 oz
- salt - 1 item
- small can mushrooms - 1 item
- sliced onion - 1 item
- stick Parkay margarine - 1/2 item
- sliced bell pepper - 1 item
How to make mushroom rice:
Spread rice over bottom of 10 x 13-inch cake pan. Lightly salt. Add all four cans of soup. Place onion, mushrooms and bell pepper over the top. Slice margarine and dot over top. Cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Note: Any topping may be omitted due to personal taste.
