Ingredients/Components
- potatoes - 5 lb
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- hard-boiled eggs - 6 item
- mayonnaise more or less - 2 c
- celery seed to taste preferably a lot - 1 item
- small onion, diced small - 1 item
How to make potato salad:
Peel and cube potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Boil until done (soft). Do not overcook. Let cool. Add mayonnaise, eggs, onion and other spices. Serve.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Potato.
