Mushroom medley
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- medium noodles - 1/2 lb
- ground beef - 1 lb
- American cheese - 1/4 lb
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- fat - 4 Tbsp
- medium onions - 2 item
- medium green pepper - 1 item
- small can sliced mushrooms - 1 item
- 2 1/2 can tomatoes
How to make mushroom medley:
Use large skillet. Place chopped onion, green pepper and fat; cook until light brown. Brush to side of skillet and add beef and brown. Mix all together. Then add mushrooms, tomatoes and noodles. Add seasonings, cover and simmer for one hour. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the top a few minutes before it is time to serve.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Mushroom.
