Mushroom casserole
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- sliced mushrooms - 1 pkg
- cup hot water - 1/4 item
- stick oleo or butter - 1 item
- cup whipping cream - 1 item
- or 3 beef bouillon cubes - 2 item
- Pepperidge Farms stuffing mix - 1 pkg
How to make mushroom casserole:
Put sliced mushrooms in greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Melt oleo and add to stuffing mix. Sprinkle on top of mushrooms. Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water. Mix flour and cream together and add to bouillon. Stir together. Pour over top of stuffing. Bake 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Low Carb.
