Ingredients/Components

  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • sliced Mozzarella cheese - 1 item
  • Italian breadcrumbs - 1 item
  • chicken breast fillets - 1 pkg

How to make mozzarella chicken:

Wash package of chicken breast fillets. Dip in egg. Roll in Italian seasoned breadcrumbs. Fry in olive oil 10 to 15 minutes on each side.

Place in casserole dish. Pour Hunt's traditional garlic and herb sauce over chicken. Cover with sliced Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350° about 30 minutes.
