- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- brown sugar - 1 c
- oil - 1 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- pumpkin pie spice
- brandy - 2/3 c
- can pumpkin - 15 oz
How to make mom's pumpkin bread:
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients in one bowl until well blended. Add pecans. Grease and flour two large loaf pans or four (1-pound) coffee cans. Bake 45 to 60 minutes.Brandy gives this pumpkin bread a rich flavor!
