Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- milk - 1 item
- coconut - 1 c
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- box German chocolate cake mix - 1 item
- chopped fine pecans - 1 c
How to make earthquake cake:
Grease 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan with margarine. Put coconut and pecans in margarine covered pan. Mix cake mix as directions instruct. Pour cake mix over pecan mixture. Soften cream cheese and 1 stick of margarine. Mix the powdered sugar with enough milk to make a thin cake icing. Now mix cream cheese mixture and powdered sugar. Pour over cake mix. Now bake at 350° for about 45 minutes. Cake is done when cracks appear in cake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Breads.
