Mom's pumpkin pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- evaporated milk
- eggs, lightly beaten - 2 item
- ground cloves - 1/4 tsp
- ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
- ground ginger - 1/2 tsp
- can pumpkin - 1 oz
- pie crust preferably deep dish - 1 item
How to make mom's pumpkin pie:
Combine ingredients in order given; pour into pie crust. Bake in preheated 425° oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350°. Bake an additional 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool. Garnish, if desired, with whipped topping.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
