Molded fruit salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- drained pineapple juice - 1 item
- 2 can crushed pineapple, drained
- cans mandarin orange sections, drained - 2 oz
- Jell-O apricot, peach or orange
- medium size bananas, sliced - 6 item
How to make molded fruit salad:
Combine pineapple juice, eggs, sugar and flour. Cook over low heat until thick (about 5 minutes). Add gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Cool before adding orange sections, bananas, pineapple and marshmallows. Chill in refrigerator several hours before serving.Recipe categories: Fruit, Salads, Nuts.
