Molded fruit salad
Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- sugar - 1 c
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- jello apricot, peach or orange
- cans Mandarin oranges sections, drained - 2 oz
- medium sized bananas, sliced - 6 item
- 2 can crushed pineapple, drained reserve juice
- pkg - 1 oz
How to make molded fruit salad:
Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Combine reserved pineapple juice, eggs, sugar and flour. Cook over low heat until thick (about 5 minutes). Add gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Cool before adding orange sections, bananas, pineapple and marshmallows. Chill in refrigerator for several hours before serving.Recipe categories: Fruit, Salads, Nuts.
