Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- sifted flour
- mashed bananas 2 large - 1 c
How to make moist banana bread:
Mash bananas, Sift together flour, baking soda and salt. Combine butter, eggs, sugar and vanilla and beat. Add bananas, sour cream and flour mixture. Beat until blended. Pour into greased loaf pans and bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Breakfast, Quick breads.
