- milk - 1 c
- brown sugar
- vinegar - 1/8 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/8 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- ground meat - 2 lb
- pineapple juice - 1 c
- crushed soda crackers - 2 c
- cornstarch to thicken - 1 item
- Brown, then place into baking pan
How to make mock filet mignon:
Shape into 2-inch balls. Brown, then place into baking pan.Sauce:1 1/2 c. catsup1 1/2 c. brown sugar1/8 c. Worcestershire sauce1/8 c. vinegar1 c. pineapple juice cornstarch to thicken Mix together and cook until thickened. Add to meat.
