Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • water
  • vinegar - 1/2 c
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • ketchup - 1/2 c
  • bread crumbs - 1 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • ground meat - 1 lb
  • finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • finely chopped green pepper - 1/2 c

How to make barbecued meatballs:

Barbecue Sauce:1/2 c. water1/2 c. vinegar1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce1 Tbsp. sugar1/2 c. finely chopped onion1/2 c. ketchup Meatballs: Soften bread crumbs in milk. Add to meat and form into small meatballs.

Barbecue Sauce: Mix all ingredients together. Put meatballs in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Pour sauce over them and bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
