Mocha cheesecake



  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • granulated sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • instant coffee - 2 3
  • sweet chocolate
  • chocolate wafers, crushed
  • butter oleo - 1/3 c

How to make mocha cheesecake:

Filling:2 sq. sweet chocolate2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese4 eggs3/4 c. sugar2 to 3 tsp. instant coffee dash of salt Crumb Mixture: Butter sides and bottom of an 8-inch spring-form pan. Press crumb mixture evenly into pan.

Filling: Melt chocolate over hot, but not boiling, water; stir until smooth. Beat the cream cheese until soft; add eggs, one at a time. Gradually add sugar, mixing well until blended. Add melted chocolate, instant coffee and salt; stir until blended. Turn mixture into pan prepared earlier. Bake at 350° in center of oven for about 40 minutes, or until cake center is almost firm. Will firm when chilled at least 4 hours or overnight.
