Ingredients/Components
- chopped celery - 1 c
- grated cheese - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
- cans Veg-All, drained - 2 item
- tube Ritz crackers, crumbled no substitute, use Ritz - 1 item
How to make mixed vegetable casserole:
Put drained Veg-All in a greased casserole dish. Mix cheese, mayonnaise, celery and onions, then spread over Veg-All. Melt oleo and mix with crackers. Sprinkle on top and bake for 30 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Casseroles.
